The client understands and agrees that no refund will be provided if they choose to withdraw, abandon, or drop out of the process for any reason after signing up. This also applies in cases where the client is unsuccessful in exams like IELTS or TEF.
The client understands that they are required to take the IELTS or TEF exam to demonstrate their English or French language skills. They acknowledge that achieving the required scores is mandatory, and without submitting these scores, their application cannot be sent to the immigration authorities.
The client fully understands that if they are unable to achieve the required scores in the IELTS or TEF exam, or fail to provide a valid IELTS/TEF certificate, they will not be eligible to get any refund of the consultation fees paid to UNIMETRI.
To ensure the best possible outcome and faster processing of the application, UNIMETRI strongly advises clients to submit all required documents promptly. Timely submission not only helps move the application forward efficiently but also contributes to UNIMETRI’s high success rate.
The client understands that if they fail to provide the necessary documents within 60 working days from the date of signing the agreement, they will be liable to pay a penalty equal to 20% of UNIMETRI’s fees.
If the client delays submitting the required documents for more than 120 days, the case will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and UNIMETRI will no longer be responsible for processing the application. In such cases, the client will not be eligible for any refund of the fees already paid.
However, if the client wishes to pause or hold the process for more than 4 months, they must inform their case officer in writing via email and pay an additional fee of ₹15,000 to keep the file active.
The client understands and accepts that the decision to approve or reject a visa application is solely made by the Immigration Authority, Consulate, or High Commission. UNIMETRI provides consulting and support services only and is not affiliated with any immigration authority/consulate or any immigration body.
While UNIMETRI will do its best to guide and assist throughout the process, it cannot guarantee that the client will be granted a visa from the immigration authority.
If your visa application to any country is rejected by the Immigration Authority, Consulate, or High Commission, UNIMETRI will refund the applicable amount according to our refund policy. The refund will be processed within 60 working days after you submit the UNIMETRI Refund Claim Form.
To support your refund request, please include a copy of the official rejection letter from the Consulate or High Commission. If you don’t provide the rejection letter or a rejection stamp on your passport, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process your refund.
You must also include a copy of your payment receipt to UNIMETRI with your refund claim. Without these documents, your refund request will not be considered.
